Washroom didn’t have water supply for normal water and flushing. Central heating was not working.

hotel is located near to mall road Manali (around 3.5 kms )
food quality and taste was average , mainly talking about the main course food items .
chinese food items were good .
overall hotel ambience and stay was great .
staff was cooperative and quick .
service was excellent .
washroom was pretty clean .

I have been here for my family trip with kids.
I liked the hotel cleanliness and ambience. Staff are very kind and cooperative in all aspects. The food is very nice and tasty for both breakfast and dinner. I would strongly recommend others to try it out.
